Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 01, 2025 · Last Updated: September 12, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of noblefirstudio.com and any products or services offered by Noble Fir Studio (“Noble Fir,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided *

We offer professional web services including web design/redesign, custom web development (sites, dashboards, e-commerce), SEO, responsive/mobile design, and ongoing support/maintenance. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a Proposal/Quote/Statement of Work (“SOW”). If there’s a conflict, the SOW controls for that project.

Client Responsibilities *

Pricing & Payments *

Revisions & Changes *

Proposals generally include one (1) round of consolidated revisions per milestone. Additional changes, new features, or scope adjustments are billed at our current rate or under a new work order.

Intellectual Property *

Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services *

Unless the SOW states otherwise, you are responsible for purchasing/maintaining domains, hosting, and any third-party subscriptions. We may make recommendations, but are not responsible for third-party outages, performance, security incidents, or service changes.

Maintenance & Support *

Monthly maintenance packages (updates, backups, and minor changes) are available. Support requests outside an active plan are billed at our standard rates.

Confidentiality *

Each party will keep confidential, and not disclose to any third party, non-public information received from the other party in connection with a project, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability *

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noble Fir is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party hosting, plugins, or services. Our aggregate liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Termination *

Either party may terminate an agreement for material breach if not cured within a reasonable period after written notice. Work completed up to the effective termination date will be invoiced and is payable by the client.

Governing Law *

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Updates to These Terms *

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
